Basil Smash
Ingredients
50ML Opius Amaro
20ML Lemon juice
20ML Sugar syrup
7-8 Basil leaves
Ice cubes
Method
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake hard for 5-10 seconds
Strain in Cosmo glass or tumbler glass filled with ice cubes
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
