Amaro Sour
Ingredients
50ML Opius Amaro
40ML Fresh grapefruit juice
25ML Lemon juice
20ML Sugar syrup
25ML Egg white
Lemon peel or rosemary sprig
Method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake hard for 5-10sec
Strain in your glass off choice
Garnish with lemon zest or a sprig of rosemary
